Amanda Westphal Radcliffe, Board Chair

Amanda Westphal Radcliffe is Director of the Board and Secretary of Vertex Inc., a tax specialty software company. Prior to joining Vertex in 1993, she was a General Marketing Manager for Rosenbluth International and was recognized by Philadelphia Business Magazine as one of the young business women to watch in Philadelphia.

Amanda worked for many years in partnership with her mother, Antoinette Westphal, managing Antoinette, the Day Spa & Salon in Paoli, PA. The spa has been routinely selected by national and local media as one of the premier day spa destinations in the country. From 1998 through 2001, Amanda owned and was President of the spa and salon at which time she successfully sold the business to a national spa management corporation.

Amanda holds a BA in History and Political Science from Moravian College.

Amanda and her husband, Conrad, live in Malvern with their three children, Antoinette, Kailey and Callum. Her mother, Antoinette, was a founding Board Member of Breastcancer.org and Amanda joined the Breastcancer.org Board at the invitation to do so after her mother's passing. She is honored to serve in her mother's memory.
