Debbie Schwartz is a marketing professional in the consumer financial services industry. Since moving to Philadelphia, she has worked at Vanguard Investments and First USA (now Chase Credit Cards). She is an active volunteer in the schools and has been the Home School Association treasurer for the past three years.
