Letitia A. O'Kicki-Rosen, M.D., is the Medical Director at Meniscus Educational Institute, a medical education and communications company for healthcare professionals.
For over 14 years, Letitia worked with the City of Philadelphia Department of Public Health. During that time, she held various positions within the Health Department, including Director of HIV Clinical Services, Medical Director for Strawberry Mansion Health Center in North Philadelphia and Health Center #9 in Germantown. She was involved with the screening mobile mammography program in the city's neighborhood health centers, providing free mammograms to the underserved population and the follow-up medical care.
Letitia was also the Project Manager and Medical Director for the Care Plus Clinic for HIV infected and affected families, Medical Director for the West Philadelphia Early Intervention Project and was a co-principal investigator for Philadelphia FIGHT. She was a member of the board for The Circle of Care, a nationally recognized program for women, children, youth and families affected by HIV/AIDS.
Letitia has held numerous teaching posts, including clinical Associate in Medicine, University of Pennsylvania; Instructor in Medicine, Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University and Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine, Medical College of Pennsylvania and Hahnemann University School of Medicine.
She received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and her M.D. from Temple University School of Medicine, where she completed her residency in Family Practice.
Letitia is married to Harvey M. Rosen, M.D., D.M.D., a plastic surgeon at Pennsylvania Hospital. They have two children, 17 and 16. She is the oldest of seven sisters and her mother is a breast cancer survivor.
