Sheri Lambert

Page last modified on: June 11, 2009

Sheri currently is at Synovate, a $860 million global market research and consulting firm headquartered in London. Sheri has more than 20 years of specialized market research experience in the automotive, travel, hospitality, and transportation industries. Her responsibilities span marketing management and leadership, consulting, project management, and business development. She has extensive expertise in assessing advertising awareness, brand equity, customer satisfaction, buying behavior, and market size and growth measurement.

Prior to joining Synovate, Sheri worked for the global market research firm TNS where she served as managing director of its North America Transportation, Travel & Hospitality Sector and was president of TNS NFO Plog Research Company. She began her market research career at a Detroit-based industrial market research firm, Ducker Research Company, where she was a managing partner.

Over the years, Sheri’s major clients have included General Motors, Gulfstream, UPS, DHL, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Marriott International, Visit Florida, United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Emirates Airlines, Hyatt Corporation, and The InterContinental Hotels Group.

Like many, Sheri is devoted to community and charity work. Part of her motivations stem from her own family. She is always traveling, so wherever she goes, she is constantly looking for ways to help the organizations that she works with. It helps clear her head and keeps her focused. But she does more than just give money – she’s raising money for Peter’s Place, an organization for grieving children and their families, and Main Line Animal Rescue. Since 1994, she has been an active volunteer, lending her years of experience to a number of local schools and organizations. She has served on various fundraising campaigns and event committees at Malvern Preparatory School and the Junior League of Birmingham, Michigan. Sheri served on the Executive Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumnae Association and was Vice President of its Board from 2001 to 2003. In addition, Sheri served as Public Relations Chair on the Advisory Board of Zeta Iota Chapter at Villanova University. In 2001, Sheri served on the Board for TechFocus Research, a market research consultancy firm that serves technology companies, including Kodak, Adobe, and Yahoo. Prior to joining the Board of Breastcancer.org, Sheri was active in getting its 1st Annual "Bowling for Boobs" event off the ground in 2007.

Sheri received her BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and her MBA from the University of Michigan.

Sheri and her husband, Brad, have three children, Stuart, Jack and Emily, and reside in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
