Susan Muck

Susan S. Muck is a partner at Fenwick & West in San Francisco, CA, in the Litigation Group. She has extensive experience representing companies, financial institutions and individuals in securities class actions, SEC enforcement proceedings, derivative actions and other complex commercial litigation. Susan regularly advises companies on corporate governance, fiduciary duties and disclosure issues. She serves as counsel to boards of directors in connection with internal investigations and shareholder derivative demands and advises financial institutions with respect to compliance programs, supervisory procedures and other internal controls. In 1999, Susan successfully defended a major broker-dealer in one of the most significant trials brought by the SEC in the past decade.

Susan received her B.A. from the University of Maryland and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
