Sandra F. Schnall, M.D.

Sandra F. Schnall, M.D., is a medical oncologist/hematologist who practices at Bryn Mawr Hospital in the Thomas Jefferson University Health System outside of Philadelphia. She has also been the Director of Fellowship Program at Yale University School of Medicine and an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Director of the Comprehensive Breast Center at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. She has made over two dozen significant presentations on oncologic emergencies, breast cancer management, and sickle cell anemia. Her many publications cover hematological and cancer research, and she is currently a member of the American Society of Hematology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.

In addition – and possibly more importantly – Sandra is highly valued and greatly admired by her patients. Smart, dedicated, sensible, and straightforward, she is intensely caring and generous with her time. She is very serious about her involvement with Breastcancer.org, and brings all her empathetic skills to the interest of the best healthcare possible on the Web.
