Breastcancer.org Wins Two eHealthcare Leadership Awards

For the seventh year in a row, Breastcancer.org has been awarded eHealthcare Leadership Awards, taking home Silver in two key categories: Best Site Design and Best Health/Healthcare Content. With nearly 1,300 entries from a wide range of healthcare organizations, the eHealthcare Leadership Awards are an important, ongoing recognition of the work we do at Breastcancer.org.

Breastcancer.org offers visitors more than 6,000 pages of original expert-reviewed content, the latest research, blogs, and an active peer support community with 80,000 registered users. Each year, Breastcancer.org receives over 8 million visitors from 230 countries around the world. Credible, current content, new programs that utilize digital media and an unremitting focus on the user are top priorities at Breastcancer.org.

For 11 years, the eHealthcare Leadership Awards have evaluated health sites, looking at those that best achieve their goals, improve user experience, and move forward the integration of web and traditional media communications. Being recognized for the seventh year in a row by this important panel for our leadership and success is a real honor.
