If you are ordering booklets or brochures for a group or medical practice (more than 6 booklets/brochures), we ask only that you cover the shipping charges. And, of course, we appreciate any donation to help us continue providing these vital resources.
Please note: We will not fulfill more than one free booklet/brochure order of 6 or fewer to a single address. If you'd like to order more than 6, please request the booklets and brochures in a single order, and follow the instructions for paying the shipping charges.
