Forms of treatment that are used in addition to, or instead of, standard treatments. Their purpose is to strengthen your whole mind and body to maximize your health, energy, and well-being. These practices are not considered "standard" medical approaches. They include dietary supplements, vitamins, herbal preparations, special teas, massage therapy, acupuncture, spiritual healing, visualization, and meditation.
