Spicy Yogurt Chicken

White chicken meat is a good source of the trace mineral selenium, which increases natural killer cells and mobilizes cancer-fighting cells. These delicious, spicy chicken tenders could become your new chicken soup!
Ingredients
| 1cup organic, fat-free plain yogurt | 1tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 onion, finely chopped | 1/2teaspoon salt |
| 4cloves garlic, finely chopped | 3/4teaspoon ground cumin |
| 1/4teaspoon cayenne pepper | 1/4teaspoon cinnamon |
| 2tablespoons lime juice | 1teaspoon paprika |
| 1tablespoon honey | 1 1/2pounds chicken tenders |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, onion, garlic, cayenne, lime juice, honey, oil, salt, cumin, paprika, and cinnamon. Add chicken and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and place chicken tenders on top. Bake chicken until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.
