Organizing Your Imaging Records

Page last modified on: June 20, 2008

As you move through treatment and beyond, you will likely have a number of images made of your breast area. These may include mammograms, ultrasound, MRI, PET scans, CAT scans, and X-rays. For each image that is made, it's helpful to keep track of:

  • name, address and phone number of institution where image was made
  • name address and phone number of doctor who requested the imaging study
  • date image was made
  • type of image
  • copies of all imaging reports
Together we can make a difference
