How to get calcium without fat?

Question from Aubrey: How can I get the calcium I need from dairy without also getting the fat? What other calcium-rich foods are there?
Answer —Diana Dyer, M.S., R.D.: Most dairy products are available in low-fat or no fat, whether it's milk, yogurt, or cheese. So they're readily available without the fat, and are very good calcium sources. Multiple foods are supplemented with calcium now—orange juice, soy milk, or even tofu. Other foods such as kale are very good sources of calcium.
