Breastcancer.org is thrilled to announce Daniela Gorenstein as Vice President, Revenue Partnerships
With a powerhouse background in strategic partnerships, Daniela brings over 25 years of experience with Fortune 100 companies like Unilever, P&G, and American Express and a proven track record of driving sustainable revenue growth, corporate alliances, and leading high-performing teams with purpose and vision. She has held senior positions at Snap, Amazon, and Yahoo.
In this role, Daniela will lead all revenue-generating partnerships, working closely with our Executive Team, Board of Directors, and Development team to ensure long-term financial sustainability and amplify our impact in the breast cancer space.
“Daniela’s strategic insight, creativity, and commitment to health equity in a digital-first world will be instrumental as we enter a pivotal phase of growth and innovation at Breastcancer.org,” said Hope Wohl, Chief Executive Officer of Breastcancer.org.
This is a reshaped position as Rita Lusen, former VP of Development & Partnerships, steps into a new part-time role.
Starting June 1, Rita will focus on Breastcancer.org’s digital banner program, including sponsor messages across the organization’s website and newsletters. This shift in responsibilities allows Rita to remain in a critical role on the team while reducing her hours to begin her transition to retirement.
“After I got through treatment, relying on Breastcancer.org as an indispensable resource, I promised to pay it forward to others facing a diagnosis. I joined the team in 2011 and am honored to have brought my professional and personal experiences to the organization which has profoundly impacted my life. In this next chapter, I am grateful to continue to be involved with Breastcancer.org’s mission,” Rita Lusen shared.
“For 14 years, Rita has been the heart and engine behind our growth. Her dedication, strategic vision, and ability to build lasting relationships have transformed what’s possible for our organization. She hasn’t just raised funds—she’s raised our capacity to dream bigger, reach further, and serve more people with compassion and purpose. We’re deeply grateful for her leadership and lasting impact,” added Wohl.
Join us in welcoming Daniela to the team and celebrating Rita as she moves into a new role.
