The Women’s Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) is a dedicated partner of Breastcancer.org.
WCRF is a program of the Entertainment Industry Foundation that raises support for groundbreaking cancer research and recognizes extraordinary individuals for their commitment to the cause. In addition to its support of Breastcancer.org’s Prevention Program, the WCRF continues to fund research being conducted at National Cancer Institute (NCI)-accredited medical institutes, UCLA Johnson Comprehensive Cancer Center, and USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. The WCRF also continues its undertaking to advance the Breast Cancer Biomarker Discovery Project — a significant, multi-year effort to develop a blood test to be used in the detection of early-stage breast cancers.
As a dedicated partner, the WCRF is dedicated to working side by side with Breastcancer.org through its Prevention Program to educate, motivate, and inspire women and girls to protect their breast health.
