"When I was diagnosed my dad was in his second year living with Stage IV lymphoma. NED left him while I was getting chemo and then we even got an infusion on the same day. He had been treated with CHOP (Cytoxan, Adriamycin, Vincristine and Prednisone) the year before I got AC-T. He was 81 years old and never complained of SE's. I didn't appreciate how strong he was until I got my first AC treatment! He was my encouragement and inspiration during treatment. He faced his disease boldly and never gave up. He was treated with conventional therapies and when those failed him he participated in clinical trials. He survived and thrived for 4 years with Stage IV lymphoma."
