My name's Emily Garnett. I was diagnosed metastatic de novo in November of 2017. It was 3 days after my little boy turned 2, and less than a week after we celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary. It was the worst moment of my life.

Being in this show has given me the opportunity to recognize the tremendous hope, resiliency, and community in the metastatic world and has given us all the opportunity to let people know really what it looks like to live with metastatic breast cancer in all of the different iterations. I'm so honored to be a part of this show, and I'm so excited to continue this advocacy effort as part of the AnaOno family and the METAvivor family. And I'm thrilled beyond belief for an incredible, incredible day today.
