Anne Moore, M.D. is professor of clinical medicine at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University, and attending physician at New York Presbyterian Hospital. She is the medical director of the breast oncology program at Weill Cornell Medical Center. She is a past director of the American Board of Internal Medicine, and past president of the New York Metropolitan Breast Cancer Group.
Dr. Moore was listed among "The Best Doctors in New York" by New York magazine and "The Best Doctors in America" by American Health magazine. The Hospital Chaplaincy of New York honored her with the Wholeness of Life Award, and she received the SHARE (Self-Help for Women with Breast Cancer) award for her encouragement and support of women with breast cancer. Outstanding among her many publications is a chapter on "Breast Cancer Treatment in Pregnant or Postpartum Women and Subsequent Pregnancy in Breast Cancer Survivors." Anne's depth of competence in this highly significant and sensitive area of concern for younger breast cancer survivors makes her a great addition to the Breastcancer.org team and a great resource for our website users.
