10.5 oz package reduced-fat silken tofu
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon agave syrup
½ teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
Makes 1½ cups, or 24 2-tablespoon servings, each with 16 calories, 2 g protein, 0 g fat, 1 g carbohydrate.
