Bruce Fischer is a senior executive with a solid financial background and extensive experience in all facets of refining and marketing and chemical industries, as well as the healthcare industry. He has had general management and profit and loss responsibility based on leadership positions in two major divisions of a Fortune 100 energy company. Bruce also has significant turnaround knowledge with experience in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. He was chairman of Crozer-Keystone Health System, a billion-dollar nonprofit health system with compensation, governance, and advocacy responsibilities. He currently serves as board chairman of Tulip Special Care, a new skilled nursing facility. Bruce also serves on the boards of several other for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
Bruce holds an MBA from Drexel University, where he is also on the Advisory Board at the LeBow School of Business. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife, Nancy.
